Weekly Wrap-Up #8: Ice Cream

In this last week did you eat any ice cream? Yes.

What flavor? I had some coffee, caramel macchiato, and mocha almond fudge. Yeah, it was on sale at the market.

Where’s your favorite place to go for ice cream? Oh…Italy. LMAO. Really. I love gelato.

Do you own an ice cream maker? No.

Would you like to? I have mixed feelings. I would adore being able to make my own, but I don’t have much room for another appliance, and I’d probably get really fat.

Weekly Wrap-Up #3: Food Glorioius Food

TGIF! This week’s wrap-up topic is Food.

In the past week have you had any restaurant food (whether deliver or you went out)? Yes, we went out for my BIL’s birthday. A restaurant called Granville in Burbank. It was delicious! Mr. Kate and I shared: Caesar salad (yummy) and a thick pork chop, garlic mashed potatoes, and sauteed spinach. OMG. It was fantastic.

What is your favorite restaurant? I think it might be Macaroni Grill. It’s hard to choose.

What is your favorite food? That’s equally hard to pin down. French fries, maybe.

How often do you go out to eat/order delivery? About once every two weeks.

Thursday 3: The Willies

Three creatures that give me the willies:

1. Leeches
2. Maggots
3. Young kids who are allowed to get their food from the buffet without their parent’s supervision.

I’m serious about that last one. I once saw a kid stick her finger up the frozen yogurt dispenser at the MGM Grand Hotel buffet for a taster. Appalled, I told her not to do that. She looked at me like I was confused/crazy. (Who is this strange woman actually talking to me?) Needless to say, I did not subsequently get myself any frozen yogurt.
