This week I’m listing three types of paperwork and the length of time you need to keep them, according to Real Simple magazine.

1. Credit card statements – 7 years

2. Paycheck stubs – 1 year, after that, just keep your W2

3. Tax returns – 7 years

Going In Reverse

I’ll admit that I’m not the most tech savvy person on the planet. (I’m not even close, actually.) (Stop snickering!)

Here is evidence. I just learned yesterday that when I’m surfing the web, I don’t have to click on the “back” button on the window if I want to go back to the window I had open before. I can hit BACKSPACE on my keyboard!!! OMG!

I’m so excited about this discovery that I don’t mind looking like an idiot by admitting I didn’t know this.
